Lao Yum Salad is one of my favorite salads to make. The creamy egg yolk dressing combines salty, sweet and sour. Traditionally this salad uses pork but you can omit it if you want. First you need to make some hard boiled eggs. After they are cooked, peel and separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Chop the egg whites into bite size pieces.
